Boran & Co. s.r.o. is a privately held industrial and commercial group, headquartered in Bratislava. We invest in, operate, and represent businesses across heavy industry, energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, technology, food and beverage, and international trade — and act as a long-term partner for international principals expanding into Central Europe.
From our origins as an advisory firm, we have evolved into something different in kind: a Group that originates and structures projects, holds and operates companies, and represents international principals in the markets where we are present. Today, the Group consists of Boran & Co. s.r.o. as the parent company and four operating subsidiaries, each pursuing a defined sector mandate.
We are present only in businesses of strategic consequence — sectors where committed capital and active operation produce real, durable change. The Group does not pursue diversification for its own sake. Every company we hold and every project we undertake exists because it is strategically consequential — to an industry, to a market, or to the partners who depend on it.
Our model is direct, hands-on, and long-term. We are not advisors, and we are not passive financial investors. We commit our own capital, operate alongside our partners, and remain involved through the full lifecycle of every project.

The role of BORAN & CO. s.r.o.
As the parent of the Group, Boran & Co. s.r.o. performs three primary functions — each mapped directly to one of the Group's three roles. The parent entity is not a passive holding structure. It is the commercial and strategic centre of the Group.
Headquartered in Bratislava, the parent entity coordinates activity across all subsidiaries, maintains the Group's international relationships, and directly executes investments and projects that fall outside the scope of the operating companies.
Direct Investment
We allocate principal capital across industrial, energy, chemical, and commercial opportunities — either alone or alongside strategic partners. We invest as principals, not as advisors.
Group Management & Operation
We own and oversee a portfolio of four operating companies, with active involvement in each. The subsidiaries are operated by Boran & Co., not merely owned.
Project Origination & Representation
We initiate large-scale projects, facilitate first meetings between international principals and regional stakeholders, and represent international companies entering Central Europe — through partnership, joint venture, or authorized distribution.
