A privately held industrial and commercial group.
Boran & Co. s.r.o. is a privately held industrial and commercial group, headquartered in Bratislava. The Group invests in, operates, and represents businesses across a defined set of strategic sectors — heavy industry, energy, chemicals and petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, technology, food and beverage, and international trade.
The Group is built around three roles, held in equal balance. As principal investor, it commits its own capital to industrial and commercial projects of consequence. As active operator, it holds and runs a portfolio of four specialised subsidiaries. As authorized partner and representative, it acts as the named regional counterparty for international companies entering Central Europe.
Its position rests on two capabilities held simultaneously: serving as a credible local counterparty inside Central Europe, and maintaining the international relationships required to bring large-scale projects, products, and capital into the region.
Boran & Co. is present only in businesses of strategic consequence — sectors where committed capital and active operation produce real, durable change. The Group does not pursue diversification for its own sake.
One commercial centre. Four specialised companies. A single accountable counterparty.
How to engage the Group.
Boran & Co. is built around three roles of equal standing — not one at the expense of the others. Each is a distinct way of working with us.
Principal capital, committed to industrial and commercial projects of strategic consequence. We are principal investors — not advisors, and not passive financial investors.
A portfolio of operating companies, run — not merely owned — by the Group across priority sectors. Each subsidiary carries a defined sector mandate and its own operating team.
Authorized partner, joint-venture counterparty, and representative for international principals in Central Europe — local presence, regulatory familiarity, and the commercial relationships a market entry requires.
International principals engage through Boran & Co. s.r.o. as the single accountable counterparty — regardless of which operating company is most relevant to their sector.
Your project, your market, and whether the fit is real.
Which companies carry the mandate — structure, scope, terms.
One accountable entity under Slovak and EU law: Boran & Co. s.r.o.
Five companies. One point of entry.
Boran & Co. s.r.o.
The parent company and commercial centre of the Group — and the single point of entry for every counterparty.
Boran & Co. s.r.o. acts as the official partner, joint-venture counterparty, and authorized distributor for international companies entering Central Europe. It provides what international principals cannot easily build on their own: a credible local counterparty, established commercial relationships, regulatory familiarity, and the operational capacity a market entry requires.
- —Market entry into Central Europe under a named, accountable regional partner
- —Establishment and administration of joint ventures under Slovak and EU law
- —Exclusive and authorized distribution across Central European markets
- —Structuring and coordination of cross-border trade along the Group's corridors
- —Representation of a counterparty's commercial interests before partners and institutions in the region

Five companies, one point of entry: every mandate begins — and remains — with Boran & Co. s.r.o.
Sky Drone Technologies s.r.o.
Complete long-range unmanned aviation programs for civil operators — not equipment, a capability.
Sky Drone Technologies delivers complete long-range unmanned aviation programs built around gasoline-powered fixed-wing aircraft with operational ranges of approximately 1,500 kilometres. Missions cover linear infrastructure — pipelines, power transmission, railways — wildfire response, public safety, and precision agriculture. Every program is delivered whole: concept, payload, ground segment, aviation documentation, operator training, and entry into service.
- —Regional monitoring programs for pipeline, energy, and transport corridors
- —Payload configuration — multispectral, SWIR, EO/thermal — matched to detection requirements
- —AI-assisted analysis: automated anomaly and change detection across repeated flights
- —Ground segment: fixed or mobile control centres, landing strips, LTE/5G connectivity
- —Reference concept: a real 480 km national gas corridor — two aircraft, two stations

Begin with your territory — the corridor, the region, the risk. The response is a concrete operating concept: aircraft, sensors, ground segment, economics.
Vanadium s.r.o.
Private, air-gapped AI systems — built on your infrastructure, trained on your knowledge, loyal only to you.

Systems run on the client's own infrastructure — no cloud, no third parties — and are trained on the client's documents, rules, and philosophy. Current work includes government engagements and enterprise deployments across Central Europe.
- —Air-gapped AI deployments on client-owned infrastructure — full data sovereignty
- —Systems trained on the organization's own documents, processes, and rules
- —Multi-agent orchestration: planning, retrieval, drafting, validation, and memory in one system
- —Built for settings where confidentiality is structural: government, legal, industrial, financial

Work is by invitation: systems aligned with your philosophy — and loyal only to you.
Europa Pharmaceutical s.r.o.

Craft Products Trade s.r.o.
A commercial bridge between food and beverage markets — from Central Europe, in both directions.
Craft Products Trade imports, exports, and develops food and beverage business between Central Europe and global markets, working with producers and buyers across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caucasus, the CIS, and Africa. The company brings products into wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels — with the documentation, compliance, and logistics each market requires.
- —Import of international products into Central Europe; export of European products to global buyers
- —Brand representation and market-entry coordination for producers entering the EU
- —Private-label development connecting manufacturers with retailers and hospitality groups
- —Distribution access: wholesalers, supermarkets, specialty retail, HoReCa, institutional buyers
- —Manufacturing partnerships, including minority investment where growth potential is clear

Not only a local trading company — a commercial bridge between markets.
One counterparty. Combined capability.
Most serious mandates touch more than one company. In every case the counterparty deals with one accountable entity — Boran & Co. s.r.o. — while the relevant operating companies execute. Three examples:
A developer of a large coastal destination
Seeking European buyers and long-term operating partners. The Group can represent the development to buyers and partners across Central Europe; supply its hotels, restaurants, and retail through Craft Products Trade; provision its pharmacies and medical services through Europa Pharmaceutical; and build private AI systems for sales and operations through Vanadium — on the developer's own infrastructure.
A national operator of linear infrastructure
Responsible for hundreds of kilometres of pipeline, transmission, or rail. Sky Drone Technologies delivers the complete monitoring capability — aircraft, sensors, ground segment, training — while Vanadium provides the analytics layer, and Boran & Co. structures the contract under Slovak and EU law.
An international producer entering Europe
With a strong product and no local presence. Boran & Co. acts as the named regional counterparty; Craft Products Trade or Europa Pharmaceutical — depending on the product — carries representation, compliance, and channel access; distribution follows through established wholesale, retail, and institutional relationships.
If your project resembles one of these, the conversation is short: what you need, which companies carry it, and what the first practical step is.
